Students enrolled in SFA's fruit and vegetable production class are hosting the second annual Edible Evening from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. tonight in the Sprout Garden.

Students will share how to cultivate many favorite fall crops like carrots, lettuce and peas. Visitors will learn about small-scale techniques for cultivating crops and see how produce is grown for the Sprout Garden market.

Entry to this event is free. For general information, contact Jared Barnes, assistant professor of horticulture and Sprout Garden steward, at barnesj@sfasu.edu.
