Students enrolled in SFA's fruit and vegetable production class are hosting the second annual Edible Evening from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. tonight in the Sprout Garden.
Students will share how to cultivate many favorite fall crops like carrots, lettuce and peas. Visitors will learn about small-scale techniques for cultivating crops and see how produce is grown for the Sprout Garden market.
